6632 Impedance Analyzer
Das Präzisions-Impedanzanalyse-Messgerät 6632 ist mit sieben Frequenzbereichen verfügbar (10Hz bis 1/3/5/10/20/30/50MHz).
Die „Equivalent Circuit“-Analysefunktion unterstützt 7 verschiedene Parametermodelle um die Selbst-Resonanz von Prüflingen zu ermitteln.
Der 6632 hat eine eingebaute DC-Bias-Spannung ( ±12V ) und kann mit verschiedenen externen DC-Bias-Stromsystemen kombiniert werden (Modelle 6210/20/40 oder 6223/43, bis zu 8 Einheiten, max. 20Vdc, 320A).
Unterstützt werden USB-Host, RS-232, GPIB, Handler und LAN-Schnittstellen. Optional ist eine Software erhältlich, mit der die Steuerung sowie eine grafische Analyse per PC ermöglicht wird .
Das 6632 unterstützt eine Vielzahl von Fixtures, die den unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen des Kunden entsprechen, wie z.B. eine Prüfvorrichtung für „dielektrische Materialien“. Dieses ermöglicht z.B. bei der Entwicklung von Leiterplatten, Fehlerkomponenten beim Entwurf von Leiterplattenlayouts zu reduzieren.
Ebenso gibt es Prüfvorrichtungen für flüssige „dielektrische Materialien“ zur Messung der Dielektrizitätskonstante von reinem Wasser und Luft, die Prüfvorrichtung für magnetische Materialien zur Messung der Permeabilität verschiedener Ringkerne oder Ferritkerne und elektromagnetisch abschirmende Beschichtungsmaterialien.
