Due to the precarious spare parts situation, special memory modules and ICs, Voltech service can NO LONGER repair these. This mainly affects CPU boards and power boards. We have the corresponding spare parts! This ensures service for you for many years to come.
Request serviceIf not already agreed - and known, we ask our customers to subject the test equipment to a SELF-TEST BEFORE delivery to our laboratory. Self-test: After an operating time of approx. 2 hours, perform the device's self-test and note the result ("PASS" or "ERROR") on the delivery note. This can prevent misunderstandings in advance.
Request serviceDue to weather conditions, cold devices "fog up" when they arrive at our laboratory - or when delivered after repair / calibration at your location. This has proven to be not entirely "unproblematic". We had some devices where moisture caused OVERVOLTAGES in the high-voltage area. Therefore, all devices now remain in the laboratory for 24 hours to dry after arrival. This extends the throughput time, but prevents damage to the device. Therefore, we ask our customers to also let their devices dry for one day in a warm place before the devices go back into operation.

Voltech Instruments Ltd. expressly points out that only regular adjustment (including calibration) of the AT3600 and ATi guarantee flawless measurement results! Many of the most common failures of the measurement systems can be avoided in this way.
