2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Vercel processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to deliver the website. For more information, see Vercel's Privacy Policy at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The database is operated by Supabase Inc. (970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992). Data is stored on servers within the EU.
Email notifications about incoming form submissions are sent via the Resend service (Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). The form contents (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company, message) are transmitted to Resend and delivered to our mailbox. The contents are stored in the USA; the emails themselves are sent via servers in the EU (Ireland). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Resend pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); EU Standard Contractual Clauses are also in place. 3. Contact Form
When you contact us via the contact form, the following data is collected:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Subject and message
• Language (de/en)
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Data is stored in our Supabase database and used to process your request. Deletion occurs after completion of processing, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Product Inquiry Form
The product inquiry form and the demo unit request form collect the following data:
• Device category and product
• Contact details (name, email, phone, company)
• For demo units additionally: desired start date, preferred contact method with availability, and notes
• Your message (optional)
• Language (de/en)
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). The data is used exclusively to process your request and is deleted after processing is complete, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms against automated abuse (spam), we use the Cloudflare Turnstile service. When using the forms, technical data (IP address, browser information, interaction data) is transmitted to Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes this data to verify that the input originates from a human.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our forms from spam and abuse). No cookies are set for advertising purposes.

7. Analytics and Tracking
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics is only activated when you consent to the "Analytics" category via the cookie banner (opt-in). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set. Before your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google.
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Google processes data on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes.
Data transfer to third countries: Google Ireland Limited may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), for which Google LLC is certified.
Purpose of data processing: Analysis of website usage to improve our services.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the website footer. After revocation, all analytics cookies are deleted and no further data is collected.

9. Data Retention
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose:
• Contact inquiries: deleted after processing is complete, maximum 12 months
• Product inquiries: deleted after processing is complete, maximum 12 months
• Server log data: automatically deleted after 30 days
Statutory retention obligations (e.g., tax law) remain unaffected.
